From the A35 pass Hinton Admiral House on left, then turn Right onto B3055 [opposite St. Michael Church] this takes you all the way to Sway. Pass Sway on Left, go over railway bridge and in about 0.3 mile turn Right. C.P. is 1 mile on Right.

This is an open heath and moorland walk. Panoramic views, easy walking. Approx. 3.5 miles.

Picnic after the walk at Setley Pond if weather is suitable – there might even be

model boat racing?

There are, of course, other ways of getting to Setley Pond.

Go via Bashley, Wooton Bridge and turn Right at the road signposted for Sway just before Wilverley Plain that goes past Horseshoe Bottom C.P. and then crosses over the B3055. Please feel free to use other directions if you think that they will be easier to follow.
