We now meet every Wednesday morning at 11:45am for a 45 minute class.

This is low level exercise for people who are unfit and would enjoy partaking in a class to gain more strength in both top body and legs. All done to music and with a little apparatus to inspire more movement. Standing behind the chair is also encouraged at some point in the class. This section has become very popular with members embracing the opportunity to improve their range of movement.
