We (Helen & I) have returned back from holiday to find that Summer has at last begun. Another short report as I have arrived back on the day that the report is required.
AGM.
I am sure it will be mentioned elsewhere but a reminder that the AGM is on Thursday 18th July. Please come along and think about potentially taking a role as a Trustee or volunteer. Your help and support are always valued.
Car Parking
I have received an e-mail from the Operations Director of Christchurch Housing noting that on a recent visit he found numerous cars with HCA stickers parked alongside the Pétanque Courts and also in the spaces opposite the front entrance.
Can I remind members that our spaces are in front of our building and by the Kitchen (for duty volunteers only) and the Coffee Lounge. Please refrain from parking elsewhere on the Estate.
I am meeting with CHS on 27th June and will re-iterate the point that this is not easy to enforce if Residents take the spaces directly in front of the building.
