H.C.A. Travel
The Executive Committee are pleased to advise that, in conjunction with Christchurch Coaches, a not-for-profit travel company, we are launching a travel option to our social calendar.
Having had discussions with 2 new members, who own both a high specification Mercedes Benz 16-seater coach and appropriate licenses, operate not-for-profit day trips and longer travel options, we have agreed a couple of trial day trips for the benefit of our members.
If they prove to be successful, we will look to offer an expanded itinerary and the option for individual sections to organise trips through H.C.A.
Watch out for the notices and posters advertising ticket sales for the trips as they are limited to 15 participants on each so are likely to sell out quickly. If demand is exceptionally high, we will consider the option of additional dates. Ticket sales will be through HCA Reception, as is the case for all social events.
Working with Mandy and David we will be looking to offer more options in 2022. In the meantime, if you have an idea for a trip/s you would like to see in the future please let a member of the Executive Committee know and we will see what we can do to facilitate it.
We hope this will be a welcome addition to the growing range of events we are able to offer our members in the future.
