It has come to the attention of HCA that major works have commenced to replace the sewer pump at the bottom car park in front of Alan Court and Kenneth Court.
This is going to result in very significant car-parking problems as the residents around these premises will be forced to park elsewhere, which inevitably will cause knock-on problems for the members of Greystones wishing to park in the upper car park.
Essentially work will begin on Friday 22nd. March and will continue until Tuesday 30th April. The problem will be compounded when the free street parking is prohibited from 1st. April.
