Welcome back everyone, I hope you have all had an enjoyable summer break and are pleased to back. I am looking forward to seeing everyone.
Not everyone may have noticed that we have had several windows repaired, the last one being the downstairs lady’s toilet which we hope will soon be back in place; these have costed around £25,000. During the closure the offices, Minto room and various other parts of the building have been redecorated at a cost of £1950. The replacement carpet has been fitted in the offices and room 14, so the final payment of £7545 is now due. All these costs have left us with a depleted bank balance but hopefully we will not have any more major expenses in the near future.
Room 1 floor has been repolished and your help in keeping it in good order would be much appreciated by lifting chairs and tables not dragging them and not dragging them. When moving the table-tennis tables would you make sure that all the brakes are off and please be aware of door frames and walls. Thanks everyone.
